Things You Need to Know
At Love Me Twice, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items are eligible for a refund on the full purchase price if the item arrives different to the listing description or doesn't arrive at all to a valid postal address that was given when purchased.
No Refunds for change of mind or doesn't fit. If you are unsure if the gown will fit it's best to talk to us before purchasing.
*Please refer to our size guide in each listing. Most of us don't match every measurement on the size guide and some of us are mixed sizes. This is normal. Please contact us with your correct measurements before purchasing online for advice on the gown you are interested to see if it will fit your proportions.
Consignment purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. We act as an agency to promote and sell on behalf of individual owners. Funds from purchase are transferred to the seller once the purchase transaction has been completed. Gowns may be re-consigned or listed on our Private sellers forum, subject to availability.
Gowns purchased from our Ethically new range are not eligible for returns or exchange. We have implemented this policy to ensure we can exclude the need to raise prices to cover those services. Our stylists are available for consultation over the phone and video calls to ensure you have your questions answered in regards to our products prior to purchasing. Once a purchase has been made, this is considered an acceptance of the description provided on the item listing. This policy does not override your rights under Australian consumer law. Items that arrive as incorrect or faulty may be returned for replacement or repair.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
If you are located within Australia, your gown will be sent via Australia Express Post, which takes between 1- 4 business days to arrive and 3 -7 business days for Western Australia. All items are sent with tracking and insurance and must be signed for upon delivery Please note that due to Covid, transit times may vary or be delayed. You will be sent tracking information once your parcel has been sent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)
We offer delivery to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada.. International orders are sent via Australia Post Express: which takes between 7-12 business days to arrive. Or Standard which takes between 10-15 business days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking and insurance and must be signed for upon delivery. Please note that due to Covid, transit times may vary or be delayed. You will be sent tracking information once your parcel has been sent.

CURRENCY, DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend brides ordering from outside of Australia check with their import/ customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
